Sunny kitchen interior photography to get you ready for spring

I had the pleasure of doing kitchen interior photography for A.Lynn Design out of Sykesville, MD.  Andrea is the designer to call if you want beautiful, classic design.  She is great to work with and pays wonderful attention to detail.  Interior photography, like kitchen interior photography, is a passion of mine, so I love getting to work with interior designers like Andrea who are passionate about their work.

This particular location had a lot of wonderful natural light.  I decided to let the natural light do most of the work, and add additional lighting as needed to complement the interior.  I really like how the natural light accented the cool white interior.  The lighting also accented the color and texture of the accessories.  I find that the better architects and interior designers are masters at utilizing natural light in a room.  I like to show off their skills while documenting their work.  I also like how Andrea found really interesting vintage accessories to go with the look of this kitchen.  It makes my job easier and rewarding when the locations are nice.  All kitchen interior photography shoots should be this easy!

It was tempting to sit down and relax during this shoot, as this kitchen was both beautiful and comfortable.  Many beautiful rooms to me feel like showroom.  This one felt like it was meant to be used.  The built-in benches for the kitchen booth by the window were extremely comfortable.  I wanted to transport this kitchen into my home!
